Specifics of document translation

Professional translation of documents by an agency implies strong adherence to the standards and requirements kind of holding on to style and presentation of a text. Ordering a translation in our agency, you can be sure, that it’ll be accepted in each instance in future! Papers that we translate are met international rules:

1. Transliteration of proper names, companies, localities, is carried out in accordance with language standards, into which the documents are translated. 
2. We use correct analogues for ranks and posts. We always use unequivocal terminology, which is accepted. 
3. Ready document has exact form (or template) repeating the original. 

How to place an order

To use our services, you have to provide them with our agency directly in Kyiv or to send scans of documents (by appointment) to our e-mail. Only qualitative photos are appropriate. It’s enough for translator to work. 

If you order apostilling  or legalization, original documents are required. It’s not necessary for a certified translation.

We leave a seal of our agency with a translator’s signature (of a specialist, which directly worked with an order) on translated documents, it’s necessary. Copies of a prepared translation in advance from our archive may be required and received in any moment!
