Certificate of Criminal Record in Ukraine

Any person can obtain the Certificate of Criminal Record in Ukraine. Why you might need the Certificate of Criminal Record in Ukraine

Such document may be required for submitting to the various establishments, authorities, agencies both in Ukraine and in foreign countries. The certificate must contain the purpose of its issuance. 

Here is hardly complete list of situations, where the obtaining of the certificate is an essential condition:

1. Persons, who plan to adopt a child, shall submit Certificate of Criminal Record to the social protection authorities and the custody and guardianship agencies.

2. This document is required for persons applying for visa.

4. Consular legalization of the certificate. Original must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and consular agency of the country of your destination.
